Shipping & Delivery
How are the prints packaged for shipping?
All prints are shipped wrapped in plastic in between stiff cardboard.
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to the following countries: USA (lower 4+DC), United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Italy, France, Germany & Spain.
How long does delivery on prints take?
Within the United States we estimate between 5 to 7 business days.
Outside of the United States it will take longer, we estimate 12-15 business days.
Do you offer returns and/or Exchanges?
Yes we offer returns please check out our full return policy here.
Whatabout Customs and import taxes?
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Products & Customization
What paper are you printing on?
All prints are on Strathmore, cold press finish water color paper.
Is the artwork framed?
All images are sent as prints (no frames) but I do have lovely white frames that work well with the images that I can ship. Please email me for pricing information.
Can the prints be customized?
Yes, within reason! I am often able to add names or phrases to the images, though the impact on the central image will be different for each image. Similarly, I mightbe able to change colors. Each of these circumstances will vary depending on the image in question, so please contact us to discuss your wishes and see whether/how it would be possible to accommodate.
Digital Downloads
What is the difference between printable, downloadable, and those that aren't labeled as such?
Printable and Downloadable are used interchangeably for any item that you can download and print at home. For these items, there is no physical item that is shipped.
How quickly can i get my digital download?
A link for you to download your digital print will be sent directly to you within 24 hours of your purchase.
What do I do if I have a problem with downloading?

How often do you release new work?
Good question! I aim to release a new image each month.
Are you on social media?
Yes! I love it when customers share images on social media. Please follow us and/or tag us at @babysealstudio.
Can I see the prints in person?
Baby Seal Studio is available at the wonderfulWhere the Sidewalk Ends Bookstore and Giftsin Chatham, MA.
I don't see any images I want!
Please email us and we would be happy to add your suggestion to our list of upcoming releases.
