Our current processing times is 1-3 business days - Orders are shipped by USPS First Class, Priority, or First Class International Mail depending on the size and destination. - Customers outside of the United States are responsible for any customs fees and taxes.
Shipping Charges: USA - free for all lower 48 + DC International Rest of the World: $30 (all items are packed in either a protected rolled tube or in a rigid mailer).
Customs and import taxes - Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We know you are excited to receive your art, however, we are not responsible for any delays due to customs.

We gladly accept returns or exchanges Contact me within 14 days of delivery and please return items within 30 days of delivery. We don't accept cancellations but please contact me at courtney@babysealstudio.com if there are any problems with the order you placed.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged: Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrived damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for: * custom or personalized orders * digital downloads Conditions of Return: customers are responsible for return postage costs. Prints
All prints are originally handmade using mixed media and reproduced on high-quality Strathmore or Pacific Inkjet Premium watercolor paper. The paper, which has a medium texture cold press matte finish, makes your wall art look like a watercolor print.
Frames
All prints are sent unframed, wrapped individually in clear sleeves with sturdy cardboard backing and carefully packed flat together in a cardboard box mailer. Please note, the frame is NOT included in this purchase. If you’d like to order a frame, please message me for additional information and pricing.
Customization
